SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES & POLICIES

30 & Under:
Club 24 is dedicated to helping youth reach the next level in both academics and in sports, to be considered for an individual sponsorship, recipients must be 30 years of age or younger.

Indigenous:

Established by Mohawks of Kahnawà:ke, Club 24 supports the development and exposure of Onkwehón:we youth, all recipients must be Indigenous and be able to provide proof should it be requested.

Must demonstrate at least one of these paths:

Education: our mission involves providing the proper educational environment for youth to prosper, a recipient is considered eligible for an individual sponsorship if they are pursuing academic goals and are on a path of education. *Please note that we are a non-for-profit organization with limited funds, requests to cover substantial or past tuition fees are not accepted.
Professional Team: we were founded as an idea to give Kahnawà:ke's athletes the opportunity to train and play at a high-level, recipients pursuing careers with professional teams are eligible for sponsorship.
Coaching or Other Involvement: our mission involves providing the proper athletic environment for youth to prosper, recipients who are coaches, managers, or trainers are eligible for sponsorship.
Role Model/Mentor: we value giving back to the community, recipients are eligible for sponsorship if they are role models or mentors to the youth.

In need of financial assistance:

Club 24 is a not-for-profit organization with limited funds. With the goal of supporting as many youth as possible, recipients must need financial assistance. To not take away from individuals who are in need, recipients who are financially capable of supporting their initiative will not be accepted.
Financial need levels may influence the amount approved per request but do not automatically determine tier eligibility.

Be available and willing to participate/volunteer at a Club 24 event:

Recipients of Club 24 sponsorships are required to give back to the community through their involvement with our organization. Club 24 directors and staff can contact recipients at any time to request their help in any of their initiatives.

Report back on use of funds:

Recipients of sponsorships are required to report back to Club 24 on the use of the funds granted, this can include results of the initiative through updates, statuses, images, etc.

Authorize images/use of info for media:

Club 24 requests permission to use images and information of their sponsored athletes should we wish to promote/advertise our mission through highlights on our social media accounts, etc.

Annual Sponsorship Maximum:

Recipients may receive multiple sponsorship approvals within a calendar year; however, the total amount granted to any individual may not exceed $1,000 per year.
Sponsorships may be distributed across multiple requests (for example, $250 four times, $500 twice, etc.), provided the cumulative total does not exceed the annual maximum.
Each request will be reviewed independently and approved based on eligibility, financial need, alignment with Club 24’s mission, and available funds.
Approval of one request does not guarantee approval of future requests within the same year.
